    Goal weight! Now what??

Maintenance on sema/tirz usually goes one of two ways: drop the dose to the lowest that keeps appetite stable, or extend the interval slowly while watching for rebound. Most people who stop entirely rebound within a few months, so staying on a low maintenance dose is the more durable approach...

Lowering Reta Dose - Still Losing?

A dose reset from a travel gap means 5mg may land better than before. Dropping from 10mg and staying active is worth testing rather than resuming high immediately.

    Almost to goal! Feeling good!

The goal shift from lifting is the right call - scale weight at higher muscle reads differently. Feeling good and the shape changing is the actual metric.

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

weight loss stalled because my calories were 1800 and needed to be 1500. it's the cals that matter so track if you want real results at 7.5ml. nausea might be blood sugar dropping overnight—keep some electrolytes by bed and sip first thing in the morning.

    Reta taste changes?

Right thinking on the long-term view. How fast you get there doesn't matter much. Higher doses make more sense for severe obesity and health issues like high blood pressure or age. At 50 pounds over, lower and slower is fine.

    GLP-1 quitters: why?

Insurance has to be a major factor. Mine will stop covering it once I'm close to a certain BMI, and I'm almost there. I'm considering wearing heavy things when I get weighed at the doctor.

GLP-1 costs are bumming me out

Thanks, everyone. I appreciate the replies. I worry about some of the sources I see online. Some of them seem shady.. like the ones for $100 a month. I get nervous about what I'm really getting. It's great to see your posts, you're all doing so well!

GLP-1 costs are bumming me out

If you get diagnosed with sleep apnea, will insurance cover it then?

GLP-1 costs are bumming me out

Feeling kinda let down, tbh. I talked to my doctor about using meds to help manage my weight. I mentioned that the price seemed too high, and he understood. So, we moved on to other topics. Then I decided to check my insurance: Mounjaro and Ozempic: $35 for a month's supply. Wegovy: $800...
