    GLP-1 Injection Site Matters?

I've only used my thighs, switching sides each time. You're meant to go in the CENTER TOP of the thigh, not the sides. Did you inject in the right spot, pinching up some fat at the right needle angle?

    Restarting at the Lowest Dose?!

At 0.5mg the effect became far more obvious to me. Wishing you an easy transition.

    Mental boost on GLP-1s? Anyone?

Interesting, I've stayed on one dose for a while and only recently realized what's been going on over the last several months. Did the lower dose help you?

Weight Loss Was Just the Beginning

Pushing food away from the table feels strange. My biggest win is no more late night hunger, which crushed me for years as a night owl. Feeling normal is odd after a lifetime of constant diet fatigue and setbacks!

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

Personally I'd ask why you'd want to titrate up while still losing 1.26 pounds a week. That alone makes me think the reta does the same work but your lower bodyweight has shifted daily calorie expenditure enough to explain the drop. Eating to match the calorie needs of your goal weight makes...

    Sema not working? Help!

Same here. Paying cash for Sema on script, I put weight on and gave up fast. Good question! Mistakes are easy, and there are other variables. Case in point, I just discovered my knockoff pen gave only 3.5-4 units with the dial on 10. Had that gone on, I'd probably have judged that peptide...

Tirz and Tesa - anyone else?

Great results! I'm 42M on 1mg Tesa and 0.3mg Ipa every day to raise my IGF-1. Last score was -0.9, retest in 2 weeks, hoping to reach about 1.4. Sounds like I'll probably need more, which is fine, just means 20mg kits rather than 10.

    Tirz is changing my life!

That energy boost is great! Goal weight came on a pretty low tirzepatide dose and the perks outside weight loss are so big I don't want to stop. It did flatten me slightly, though not badly, and I could tell that'd be hard over time. So I added reta 1 mg weekly, dosed 72 hours after tirz...

    Best way to track dosages?

I rely on a peptide-tracking app. Really solid, tons of customization. Lets you build out protocols, schedules, track how much is left per vial and dose counts, expiration dates, certificate info, injection sites, plus it's got a stack analyzer, a program builder, reference library, the works...

Strong response on 2.5 mg Mounjaro: could I be a super responder?

Like with any medication, everyone's response varies a lot. It takes time for the dual-action compound to actually accumulate in your system. Some people notice a fast, strong reaction while others need a month or two before anything shifts. For me personally, the food chatter vanished the very...

    Face reveal! Down 60 lbs!

Two years now.. Currently at 5mg (dropped down from 7.5).. Standing 5'1 and 135lbs (started at 220). Would love to drop another 15, but it just hasn't budged lately. Taking a pause right now.. Planning a month off before restarting to see if that resets things for my body.

    Someone noticed my weight loss!

That's really interesting. Well, if nobody points out soon that I'm drowning in my own clothes, I might just lose it, haha kidding. Appreciate you weighing in, and congrats on your own progress too!

    Finally under 200lbs!

Appreciate the study link! Definitely going to read through it. Skimming quickly, the age breakdown really stood out to me. Gives me something to point to for why hitting my own weight targets has been tougher in my mid-50s. Often in these communities when someone falls short of their goal, age...

    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

Running Tirz 7.5 and Reta 3.0, Friday and Tuesday. Once I hit goal I'm not planning to drop either one, each brings something different to the table. Splitting the shots twice weekly really smoothed out the half-life dips with Tirz. Curious what led you to consider dropping Tirz altogether (just...

Tirzepatide tummy troubles - Sema a better bet?

Been on this myself, currently the third compound. My mom and two aunts run the single-pathway one, and just one aunt out of everyone got nauseated early on. Doesn't seem as common these days honestly. My husband started it, paused over bowel issues, later picked up a different GLP entirely, and...
