You're probably adding muscle too. Muscle weighs more than fat. When I started heavier lifting I gained scale weight while losing inches. That recomposition is actually a good thing.

I'd stick with tirzepatide as long as it keeps working. Really solid option overall, but the high-dose depression hit me hard, so that became a dealbreaker. If side effects are rough, dropping the dose might help, or testing out 6 mg could be worth a shot.
