tracked daily and used a 7-day average. always spike before my period then drop right after. totally normal for women. as long as you're trending down you're good.

You definitely don't need a ton of expensive stuff. A cheap bag of psyllium husk, some protein powder, and an electrolyte mix will cover your bases. Try to get your protein from food first! Supplements just fill in the gaps. What does your diet look like right now?

That's the 64 million dollar question! I've had decent luck with vendors that have been mentioned in several threads. Not saying its foolproof, but it's better than blindly picking one.

I checked out that overseas site. After contacting some sellers, their prices and delivery were worse than vendors here. One quote was ridiculous, so I sent them another vendor's pricelist. They replied, "How sell so cheap???"

You can use a 10ml syringe to draw 6ml of bac, put some into each vial, and then draw it back into the syringe. That'll give you an even mixture to portion out into the carts.

Tirz is tough stuff though. It's really hardy, even if you freeze it once. So you could reconstitute a 120mg vial, split it into smaller vials, and freeze the ones you're not using.

If you put all 120mg into one pen, a dose of 8mg would be only 6.6 units. That's not gonna be accurate, and it might increase the risk of an immune response. Better to split it into, like, three pens. And about saving time, you could do the same thing now by combining multiple vials into one pen.
