awesome that you're celebrating the slow wins. been on two months and losing so slowly i cried last week. everyone else seems to drop tons but i'm doing everything right. feels good to hear small changes count.
It did work. Lost 75 on the medication. Gained 32 carrying twins, full term, down 48 two weeks after. Planning to restart after breastfeeding. Main reason to get healthier for them.
Changed dining strategy post-shot. Mostly hit spots where leftovers don't pile up. Wife's tiny, five-foot-one, doesn't eat much per meal. Bring own containers to places that welcome it. Nicer spots, we grab smallest entrees and salads. Wife digs restaurant desserts so we split tiny ones.
Got spooked about side effects so dosed twice weekly and went to e3d as I increased. Didn't want to overdo it. Plan to overshoot eventually and dose once weekly but haven't felt confident with current results yet.
Yes I noticed I'm sadder than baseline and I'm on something daily for mood so this is definitely a shift. Hoping it passes once my body adjusts. Started six weeks ago and feeling more down and teary the past few weeks.
Daily since taking a Tirz break until after daughter's wedding in March. If numbers climb I'll restart if needed. Month in fluctuating one twenty five to one twenty eight happy about it original goal was one fifty.
Pens are so much better than syringes and vials. No dealing with air bubbles or chasing the last bit, no worrying about coring the stopper poking in a different spot. They're labeled with units and medication. Just cleaner overall.
From what I read online and what people say anecdotally when you take a break from glp-1 and restart it takes higher doses to kick in. You had Wegovy working so keep titrating on the tirzepatide. Three weeks is still early, especially at ten mg. Lots of room to go up.
