Same thing happens to me. Catch myself holding breath without realizing it. Can't push myself to hang out or do basic stuff around the house. Feels like a dopamine thing. When I force myself into cardio it helps snap me out of it.
Week 1 here and I like seeing what comes next. Quit alcohol three years back, so no interest in soda now either. Yeah, day 2 was rough - ate at 3pm and didn't want food again until 10am the next day. Been watching videos to understand what's happening.
