    Tirz end-game strats?

Chia plus flaxseed combination is the most reliable soluble fiber stack for tirz GI issues - the gel-forming mechanism from chia and the mucilaginous effect from flax together address both motility and stool consistency. Daily regularity without straining means the protocol is working at the...

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

Saving Reta for the plateau stage is the logic - apply the stronger mechanism when sema or tirz hits diminishing returns. Appetite suppression on Reta can be more aggressive for strong responders.

    Down 64, aiming for more!

Psyllium is useful but it can cause its own GI response in the early weeks on sema. The dose matters too - starting low and building up helps. Most people find the fiber adjustment takes 2-3 weeks to settle.

Dropped my Tirz... Am I screwed?

FDA brand tirzepatide is the base form, but compounded versions often use different salts—sodium, acetate—which are chemically different. Question is, does the dosage scale stay the same? Might not be the same. Anyone have input on this?

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

Stress was huge for my hair loss but the rapid weight loss in such a short time set me up for vitamin deficiencies too. Everything just piled on and my hair was the visible damage. When I did eat it was junk—poptarts or ice cream. No real food, no family meals. It all compounded bad.

Oops, made a GLP-1 food mistake!

Over a year on Wegovy. 60+ lbs gone. 1.0 dose now for maintenance. I had nausea and vomiting at first, but by month 5 it stopped! Now I eat whatever I want, just get full quicker. Food noise is way down. Like you, I pushed my food limits, and if something made me sick, I avoided it after. Good luck!

    Making BAC water at home?

My word! You all making your own BAC water? I just get mine from overseas when I can! I was in Iraq this summer and picked up a year's supply of semaglutide for around $1500. It's way cheaper than here in the States!

I'm getting smaller, but my stomach and sides are stubborn. Is that typical? It's been about 4 months on the medication.
