Fantastic! It looks like you might have had acanthosis nigricans. It's often linked to insulin resistance, obesity, and hormone issues. It's great that weight loss has helped clear it up.

That's incredible progress. Keep up the great work! Remember to focus on protein intake and strength training to help with muscle retention during weight loss.
