If you were doing good stacking sema, just keep going. They work different pathways. Stay on that combo until you hit goal, then drop sema and maintain on the three-hormone alone. Last few are hardest.

There's no direct way to eliminate belly fat, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It mainly depends on your genetics and body fat percentage. Just keep doing what you're doing, as the lower your body fat, the smaller your 'belly fat' will be. Good luck!

I was starting to feel down about my weight loss because of my prominent belly. But then I really looked in the mirror and realized I've lost weight *everywhere* else – legs, butt, arms, face, neck... The belly just lags behind.

I went from a size 22W to 18W in about 8 months. I'm almost to a size 16, but my belly is holding me back.

There really isn't a secret. Fat in the abdominal area is tough to get rid of. It's a special kind of fat that sticks around.

Your belly is where your vital organs reside. The body tries to store fat there to protect those organs and keep you warm. Sadly there's no real shortcut!! Just keep exercising and eating a balanced diet.

Focus on toning. Pilates and yoga. Strength training. All of those have helped me get a more toned core.

So true! I've heard it called 'stubborn fat' because it's the last to go. Just gotta keep at it!

Saw one person say they were worried about paying for this stuff after they retire. I get that! It's expensive. But they were splitting their dose to make it last. Smart! And congrats on your progress!
