Inflammation and joint pain help?

Anyone have recommendations? My gout's acting up, and arthritis runs in the fam. What can I do for body inflammation and maybe some joint/cartilage support? I'm only on tirzepatide right now, and it's helped a little, but not enough.

Maybe try drinking like 10-14 glasses of water a day to help your kidneys get rid of uric acid? Have you looked into Boswellia (like, 350-450mg per day) for inflammation stuff? Also, vitamin C (maybe 600-900mg) could help decrease uric acid, which helps with gout? I've heard people have had luck with BPC-157 and TB-500 too.

As I mentioned above, the BPC 157 & TB500 combo is somethign to look at. I inject 275mcg BPC most days of the week at each site; usually two or three sites. I will do 750mcg total, injecting in the elbow, knee, or hip. On some days of the week I inject roughly 275mcg TB500 at each site location, so, again, draw about 750mcg total in syringe.

I drink almost a gallon a day, or the tirz dries me out. I'm on prescription allopurinol for the uric acid, but it doesn't seem to work as well since I started tirz. 🤷‍♂️

What's your tirz dose? I saw a big change when I upped my Reta to around 4mg a week, and now I don't even need the allopurinol. But that's just me.

Interesting. I figured you'd see significant inflammation relief at that dose.

Maybe look into the Wolverine stack and KPV. I think KPV helped, and I used it every day for a couple months. You could also look at Cartalax for cartilage stuff, but some effects kinda made me stop looking into it. Read up on it first.

KPV is amazing! It works wonders on inflammation and joint pain. I didn’t see much difference with BPC or TB4, but when I stop KPV, I definitely notice. I was only going to try one at a time, but after cycling from KPV to TB4, I added KPV back in after only a few days.

My brother-in-law tried it. He was also taking turmeric, ibuprofen, etc. I'm not sure about the brand; you can get it online. KPV also works for inflammation too.

A shift in diet can change your health! I changed my diet. Try a strict elimination diet for a couple of months. Eat only beef, salt, and water. You can add lamb/mutton too. Slowly reintroduce other foods one at a time, waiting multiple days (about a week) to see if you have a reaction.

Thanks HealFTW, I think I found a good brand now. I just finished a three-month trial of TA-1, ARA, KPV, and I didn't experience the results that others have. I'm a little jealous and had some hopes. Maybe I need to give it more time. I'm trying to stay away from ibuprofen. Prednisone is awful, and turmeric is a part of my daily routine. I'll find something that works; I just have to keep searching 🙂

I've noticed that BPC, TB, and KPV are great for soft tissue injuries and mild inflammation. Tirz also helped with minor inflammation, like stiffness. If you're in serious pain, none of this stuff will eliminate it entirely. It cured my elbow tendinitis and leg stiffness, but it's had no effect on my bad sciatica.
