Tirzepitide hit me fast, like day 2. Been on it for over a year. Now I just inject a tiny bit bi-weekly. There was a period I was too thin! Can you imagine?

For me, it kicks in around dose 2 or 3. Some people are just more sensitive, it seems.

Normal - give it around 3 months. 1.7mg is usually where people really notice the changes.

Spot on. The baby dose is just to get your system used to it. Most folks don’t get the full effect til they’re at .5 or above. No side effects and no changes now doesn’t mean it’s bunk, you’re just at the beginning.

Tomorrow's my week-iversary, also on 0.25mg, and I'm not feeling anything different. This is round two for me with this med. Last year, I was on it for almost 90 days before my insurance cut me off. It's been over four months without it. Got the word a month ago that they'd cover it again. After the doctor visit, approval, etc., it took until last week to actually get the prescription.
Funny thing is, last time, I felt the impact right away. Appetite was way down, and I started losing weight, like 1-2lbs weekly, from day one. Now, I'm just as hungry as ever and have gained about a pound (could be water). Not even a hint of nausea like before.
I did do the injection in my thigh this time though. Before I always did stomach, except for two upper arm shots. Next dose is tomorrow night. Back to the stomach, and I'll track if it changes anything, good or bad. Good luck! Hope the good effects kick in soon for you (without the bad ones, fingers crossed)!

I agree with @Groovy_Bro - injection site matters for some people. Some absorb faster in the stomach than the thigh. Try to be consistent!

Update! I injected my dose into my stomach like usual last night and I'm already feeling less hungry. Maybe it's placebo but I'll take it!

Anyone else get ravenous the day before dose day? I'm STARVING today! Had a protein shake for breakfast and a sensible lunch, and it’s not even noon!
