Down 64lbs in one year!

I'm 5'5 and 28. I think I reached my goal weight in about half a year, but it's been a full year since starting the meds. I've been off them for about a month now—insurance stuff—and so far, I've maintained! Hoping it stays that way! You can't see it here, but a breast lift is def gonna be needed. Also got some loose skin on my sides that I'm hoping muscle gain can fix.

Also: I had a tummy tuck in 2021 after going from ~220 to ~150lbs, so that's why my stomach skin isn't loose.

@FoodBabe I'm planning on staying on a very low dose weekly to maintain. I've been yo-yo dieting for decades!

If something better comes along, I'm open to it. Meanwhile, I'll pay out-of-pocket as long as I can afford it. Worth it to me.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life struggling to maintain IF I can avoid it.

Good luck!🍀

You look amazing! I'm also getting a breast reduction and lift. I barely lost anything from my boobs, so they're still huge. They're just permanently changed from my constant gaining and losing weight.

@GatorGal_81 Amazing work! It sucks about the boobs, but it seems unavoidable when you lose that much. I've heard so many people say the same thing happened to them.
