Hello everyone! 👋

I'm excited to share my journey with tirzepatide. I began on September 1st, 2025, starting with a 2.5 mg dose.

At the start, I was a 41-year-old guy weighing around 320 lbs. For two decades, my weight always hovered above 260 lbs. I've battled high blood pressure for the last decade, and in the past 3-4 years, I struggled with constant sugar cravings, exhaustion, heart flutters, and other obesity-related issues.

I avoided bariatric surgery because I was too nervous. While researching semaglutide, I discovered tirzepatide was an option and supposedly more effective. I'm so happy I decided to try it.

Here's my dosage schedule: 1 month at 2.5 mg, 3 months at 5 mg, 2 months at 7.5 mg, and I've been on 10 mg for about 3 weeks. Before this, I never really exercised. For the initial 3 months, I walked about 10k steps daily. For the past 3 months, I've been hitting the gym for a 40-minute brisk walk followed by 20 minutes of strength training. I feel guilty if I miss a day at the gym. Going every day has been very motivating.

Currently, I weigh around 255 lbs. My first goal is to reach 220 lbs. Besides some occasional digestive upset, I haven't experienced any side effects. I get regular blood work done (August, October, December, and February). Previously, I had a fatty liver, elevated cholesterol, and high blood sugar. All these have returned to normal levels. My blood pressure has also improved significantly.

The prefilled pen isn't available here in Turkey yet, so it's sold in vials. I used single-use vials for the 2.5, 5, and 7.5 mg doses. Now that I'm on 10 mg, I'm splitting a 15 mg dose. I draw it from the vial with a long needle, remove the air, and switch to a 30G 4mm needle I found online.

I wanted to share my experience for anyone hesitant about trying tirzepatide. I enjoy reading about other people's experiences and successes here. Wishing everyone a healthy journey! 🍀👍🏼🙏

Amazing transformation!!! 💪👍
Congratulations.
Thanks for your post; it will definitely encourage some people.
I wish you continued success in reaching your goal!

That's awesome! I also want to lose weight, but where can I get the tirzepatide? We ordered last time from an online site and got ripped off so I don't want to get scammed again.

I've read that as well, ScaleSlayer88. It seems the body adapts, requiring a higher dosage to maintain the initial response. The goal is always to use the lowest effective dose, though.

I'm about a year and a half in, and down about 90 lbs! Feels great, but I still feel mentally like I'm a bigger person sometimes. Clothes are weird now. Anyone else?

CellSet Wow, that's amazing! I am looking forward to feeling more comfortable in my clothes. I've noticed my breathing has gotten better already, even with only about 65lbs down.

my wife got on compounded tirz, lost 20 lbs but more importantly got her cycle back on track and helped her insulin resistance enough she dropped metformin. stopped 9 months ago for pregnancy but can't wait to restart.

Not just saving food cash since starting this. My electric dropped ninety-five this cycle versus last year. At 235 I cranked AC to 65-68 the second it got warm, ran it all summer. Off now two months, open windows at night, barely think about it. Got home tonight and my partner's like what's this, living in a sauna? I'm like what, it's 74 and I don't even register it. He had me open windows - down to 70 now and grabbed my blanket.

That lab swing is the kind of result that changes the conversation with every provider for years. Moving from pre-diabetic territory down to well within normal in eight months - the doctor reaction tells the whole story.

The heat factory to cold-sensitive shift is well documented here. It tracks with the caloric deficit reducing metabolic heat output, reduced insulation from fat loss, and lower baseline glucose. Most people find a new equilibrium in the first year.
