Hey all,

Just a quick reminder about the community rules. No talk about non-approved stuff, and definitely no buying/selling meds. Watch out for shady DMs offering things – they're not legit.

If you're new here, check out the FAQ . It's just extra info, not meant to stop any discussions.

Cheers!

That's actually really good progress. Everyone expects huge changes right away, but a consistent loss over time is what lasts. I'm using some other service and I'm seeing similar results.

OMG, I'm pretty much in the same situation! Around 19 pounds gone in about 6 months. I thought it was slow, but you know what? I'll take it. I couldn't have done this alone. Would've probably added 20 pounds if I hadn't used the meds, lol.

My insurance covers mine. I have a heart condition so the risk of extra weight is worse than the risk of any side effects from this drug. The drugs are safe. It's all about risk vs reward for me.

I work in health... rarely does anyone, even diabetics with thyroid issues, struggle to lose 20lbs in six months. 20 pounds in that timeframe is, statistically, not a lot.

Yo Scale_Jail_Inmate, while I agree with you in *theory*, some of us have serious metabolic issues. Plus, the mental game is huge. I've dropped like 60 pounds myself on sema, and I can tell you I would have failed completely without it. So while your statement *can* be true, it's not true for everyone.

Exactly! The cravings are SO much easier to deal with. Before, I was eating out of boredom all the time. Now I'm just... not.

I think everyone's path is their own. Some need a little help, some don't. What matters is focusing on being healthier. For me, that meant dropping weight to ease the strain on my heart.

I started this journey about a year ago and am down about 75lbs give or take. Early on I felt like it wasn't doing much but now I am on a higher dose and notice the difference. If you keep at it you might start to see the weight come off faster too!

Ordered from a bunch of vendors. GHK-Cu usually comes with a darker top. If it won't dissolve, hit up the vendor—they should help.

still skeptical about buying from overseas when there's domestic options, even if the raws are sketchy everywhere. using older stock while i wait for testing info to drop. know it's probably paranoia but at least i feel like i'm making some choice here.

18 in 6 months is a clean steady pace. That rate is sustainable and keeps muscle loss to a minimum. Slow and consistent is the right read.
