40 down, almost there!

That's amazing progress! Best of luck with the rest of your journey. I'm just starting out, any tips?

Excellent results! I'm always happy to see people succeeding with these meds. What kind of diet and exercise are you including?

From my experience, be patient. It's a marathon, not a sprint. And stay hydrated!

Mostly a Zone diet, and about 30 mins of cardio 4x a week. Nothing too crazy, just trying to be consistent.

I agree with MyFixed. It's not just about the medication, it's about building sustainable habits. It's great to have a tool to help curb appetite and cravings, but use it wisely to establish a healthy lifestyle.

you're crushing it!!! i was pushing close to 400 and now i'm sitting around 180 aiming for 130. trust me when i say this journey takes whatever time it needs to take. you'll get there for sure!!!

Three weeks with two in ICU and then 40 down on the other side is a different kind of progress story. The recovery context makes the weight loss number read differently.

400 to 180 is a fundamental shift in metabolic health and daily capacity. Shooting for 130 from 180 is realistic - the second half of a long journey often moves at a different pace but remains achievable.

Reta and HGH both needing cold storage is a space management problem that usually gets solved with a dedicated mini fridge - worth it if you're running both long-term.

250 to 148 on mostly yoga and walking is the medication doing the metabolic work. Fatigue limiting exercise isn't a gap - the outcome proves it.

Early improvement at 2mg with a month in is a decent signal - 4mg is a reasonable next step if you feel the improvement but not enough. The timing matters though; four weeks is still within the window where the effect is building, so another couple of weeks can clarify whether you're still ramping or genuinely plateaued.
