Hey everyone! So, I think I jumped on the Wegovy train around last September. I'm guessing I was hovering around 98kg (like, 215lbs) back in August '25 because I was avoiding the scale. The amazing news? I can squeeze into this outfit I wore to a party in '97, and I'm currently at 79kg (174lbs). Super stoked with how far I've come!

Thanks everyone! Avery08 I started around the same weight in September, around 93kg, and now I'm at 79! My goal is to get down to 65kg, but I'll see what I look like when I get to 70.

That's a lot of weight loss in a short time! Make sure you're getting enough protein and taking a multivitamin so you don't get any bad side effects.

You look incredible, congratulations! HormoneHustle Can I ask what you did to lose so much? Are you tracking your intake with an app or something? My journey is progressing slowly, and I'm trying to reach my target weight.

Hi! I eat in a caloric deficit and I have found that I am naturally not as hungry as I used to be. I don't have to use any specific tracking app, although I did in the beginning.

40 down is real. The Easy Touch versus IW debate is practical - wrapping matters when you're hitting 6-10 per day. The count goes down once you stabilize but the habit stays.
