Modify something, GLP1, to chase a long-term target, weight loss, then remove that modification, what becomes of the target after that?
For most people weight loss was never really the finish line itself. Diet and exercise alone rarely reach a 15% drop and almost never keep it off long-term. Peptides seem to pull off that number with relative ease and hold it steady indefinitely, provided use continues. Stop taking them and regain tends to follow, and returning to peptides down the line often comes with reduced effectiveness the second time, meaning worse results for putting in the same amount of work.
Sustaining that kind of effort over the long haul is just genuinely difficult.
