Lowering Reta Dose - Still Losing?

January start is still early for Reta. Finding the stable dose window takes a few months of data. Reducing while traveling is a common approach.

A dose reset from a travel gap means 5mg may land better than before. Dropping from 10mg and staying active is worth testing rather than resuming high immediately.

5mg from 10mg after a break is a reasonable test - some people find a lower dose continues to work once tolerance gets a chance to recalibrate during the gap. The dose-response curve on Reta means individual effective doses vary widely.

Adding 5mg of reta to 15mg of tirz and finding it helped hunger without needing to push either dose higher is a good argument for the stack approach. For the OP question about stepping down - suppression on a lower reta dose can sometimes hold better than expected when the tirz is still in the mix.

The cyclical use approach is one of the less-discussed strategies for managing supply and cost. The key question is whether the return-to-baseline hunger on the break is manageable enough to make it practical. What's the hunger experience like on the months off?
