why track stuff you're just guessing at anyway? that's just feeding obsession with fake numbers. i don't even bother with apps. weight loss isn't my whole personality
 
Protein first at every meal and stopping when full covers most of it. One month in is still early - real results tend to show between weeks 6 and 12. Meal specifics vary enough that copying someone's exact diet matters less than those two habits.
 
The side-by-side transformation photos always show more than the person expected - daily change is invisible in a way the comparison shot isn't.
