Supplements: all the hype?

lost all my weight eating high carb, low fat - lots of volume that way. feeling fuller sooner combined with the appetite suppression did the trick. just get your protein in. don't beat yourself up - once it clicks and the food noise drops, you'll get there. some people respond faster, some slower.
 
Supplement timing matters more than most people realize on these meds - the reduced intake means you're working with a compressed window to get micronutrients in, and taking them with what little you do eat rather than on an empty stomach makes a real difference for absorption and GI tolerance.
