curious if anyone's mood shifted on this stuff. some of my friends noticed changes but nothing really helping with depression yet. keen to hear actual stories from people here about what they've felt mentally, especially early on.

Always been anxious about everything but I'm worried it'll stop me from ordering. Went to buy peps once, paid, then got extreme anxiety and told them keep it. Wasted time and money and still wanted them. Now I have the funds again but there's this little voice saying I'll chicken out. Anyone else hit that? How'd you push through?

I almost didn't believe my eyes this morning! After a night of cheddar and those lotus cookies, I definitely didn't expect to see a 1 in front of my weight. I got pretty emotional, it's been ages since I've been this light.

I've been under 200 for around half a year now, and it still feels surreal. I haven't weighed this little since college! Here's a pic to show I look like I did back then, just with some extra lines, haha. Congrats Meal_Fixed and keep it up!

Sometimes eating a bunch of junk food can help things move along, if you know what I mean.

Congratulations Meal_Fixed! I totally understand.

Every Tuesday is shot day, and Mondays I'm super hungry and expect a big jump on the scale Wednesday. But it never happens. Maybe up half a pound, but then it goes back down after the shot.

I haven't lost even a single pound on this medication. Zero. I'm eating low-calorie, high-protein. Still nothing. And I feel terrible. I'm on the 12.5 dose now and have been on it for 4 months. Any ideas?

Congrats! I'm at 209.8 this morning, down from about 260. Hoping to be in Onederland before my next doctor's visit.

Good job.

I fluctuate every week but trending downward overall. Almost a year in and I'm down around 50 pounds.

Been stuck at this weight for about two months, but now I'm going past it. This drug has been a game changer.

I'm closing in on my two year mark and just wanted to say I'm down 110 pounds! It's amazing. And for those just starting out, don't give up! It took time, but it was worth it.

I do have a bit of loose skin on my arms and stomach, but it's not too bad. When I lost about 70 pounds, I treated myself to a pilates membership and I've been doing that about twice a week since!
