Pics show progress, but scale's slow!

Three weeks at 2.5mg isn't much time. Half-life is seven days, so wait a couple more weeks. You might be a slower responder. Try 4mg for a month if weight doesn't budge. Trust the scale, not how you feel.
 
I'm dropping about 15 in 9 weeks too and I'm really happy with that. Started at 165, down to 150, aiming for 145. Progress is progress, whatever the speed. What dose are you running and how often have you bumped up?
