Agreed completely. Don't touch growth hormone secretagogues without baseline IGF-1 and follow-up labs. A lot of people respond way lower than 2 mg a day. Even 500-750 mcg daily tanked my HRV and sleep.
 
That stabilization window is consistent across most accounts. Diet changes alongside tend to be what locks in the feeling.
