Down 45lbs since April! Wooot!

Awesome work! Just started this month myself. Kinda bummed it might take half a year to drop 30, but I'm sticking with it. You look great!

@Sub_Path I get it! I lost like, 5 lbs the first month, I was so discouraged, but it picked up after that. Just keep at it!

That's awesome, @GLP_Wan! I started my journey in May around 228lbs. I'm not seeing the crazy fast losses some people report, but slow and steady is still progress, right?

Absolutely! Consistency is key. Don't compare yourself to others; everyone reacts differently to this stuff. As long as the numbers are moving in the right direction, you're winning!

It's important to remember that weight loss can plateau, even with medication. Building muscle through exercise can also influence the scale, as muscle is denser than fat. Focusing on body measurements like waist circumference can be a more accurate reflection of progress in those cases.

i'm obsessed with this topic! started on tirzepatide back in april and literally shed over 30 pounds. been doing low carb stuff, eating cleaner, and running 5k almost every day. it's been a game changer for me.

Got supplies in December that sat on a Chinese shelf since April. They claim temperature controlled storage but I'm skeptical. Ever seen their warehouse photos? No. Just boxes on pallets in regular storage. Real cooling would triple our costs.

Nice work getting to that milestone! I remember being where you are when I finally hit a number I hadn't seen in years. That moment of looking at the scale and actually recognizing it again hits different. Congrats on getting there.

had an absolute game changer just keeping good food around. at work i've got a bowl of cut fruit and veg next to me all day—beats the break room junk. been on semaglutide almost three years now, dropped about 100 in the first two years, maintaining since. hit my goal size but working on other stuff.
