Down 2 years, still going strong!

Wow! Down 135lbs since September 2022! Feels like I'm riding a rollercoaster! Still got another 100ish to go, but loving the progress so far.
 
almost 2 months, third injection at 15 units. walking 8-10k daily, strength training 1-2x, tracking calories down. scale keeps bouncing 2 pounds. feeling stuck and discouraged.
 
Two years in and still going is the most reliable indicator that the protocol is right - early enthusiasm fades quickly, what remains after 2 years is actual habit change. Before and after across that span tells a different story than the 6-month version.

Hunt and fish for our meat. Deer, ducks, turkey. Decided years back if we eat it we participate in taking the animal. Local farms don't offer butchering involvement so started hunting with a friend.
