WTF are we gonna use for bac water now?

Just a reminder, everyone: medications like Mounjaro have a pretty long half-life. Even if you miss a dose or two because of the shortage, it takes a while to completely clear your system.

Good point. It's not like you'll immediately lose all progress if you have to skip a week or two.

Needles matter a lot. I stick with Novofine and BD to avoid injection bruising. Some folks bruise more easily, which can sometimes signal something else going on. The 4mm gauge that comes standard with Wegovy works well, same with 5 and 6. Go bigger than 8mm and you risk hitting muscle.

Using BAC water from a Lithuanian or Latvian company. Been reliable from what I see but prices are way higher than China and no paperwork. Since joining here I've learned about this whole grey market. Heard Hospira is the gold standard. Found Birth Supplies Canada — they send Hospira to UK, thought maybe Italy too, placed a pre-order.

your numbers make sense. if i use 3ml standard per peptide vial, i'm wasting half the bac water. by the time i need to reconstitute again, that leftover 4ml would probably be toast.

dad died of cancer, so i'm careful. pinning ghk and ipamorelin for now, testing solo. not sure if they do much without cjc in the mix.

Screenshotting google AI results isn't research—language models just repeat reddit threads back at you, even with good prompts. I know what NAD is and what it does in my body. Matches every description I've read and feels like niacin.

The bac water situation is frustrating but solvable. Veterinary suppliers and IV supply shops still carry it in a lot of areas. Keep an eye on what's allowed vs restricted where you are.

Side effects got better when you moved to 10 mg? Want to make sure I read that right because mine started kicking hard at 7.5. Is food noise gone at the 10 mg level? Seeing my doctor in a couple weeks and want to talk through it but curious what your experience was.

Actually PBS is recommended for some compounds but for retatrutide you really want the BAC water. That's what I've used and it reconstitutes clean every time. The Chinese suppliers call it WA water, and yeah even the direct pens from the manufacturer come ready to go with PBS, but if you're mixing powder yourself stick with BAC. Makes a real difference in how it goes into solution.

Ordering a backup vial with each kit is the move right now. Chinese BAC has generally tested clean from established sources - the issue is batch consistency, not purity outright. Stock up while the script requirement is still unsettled.

The water trick is worth keeping. Breakfast timing sensitivity usually narrows once the dose stabilizes. Good habit to build while you figure out your window.

The vial spike plus Curos cap setup is one of the more rigorous approaches out there. 90 days is aggressive but defensible with that storage method - the cap maintains the seal and the fridge keeps it stable. Most people get comfortable around 28-30 days; the spike system buys real extra margin.

Protein water is a reasonable compromise when protein shakes are harder to get down. The thinner consistency is the main advantage. Not a replacement for bac water - different purpose entirely - but worth having in the rotation for hydration and protein goals.
