For those asking, I'm 5'1". Started at 174, now at 154. So a drop of 20 lbs. I bought my gown at 150, then went up a bunch. Almost back!

No band aid except for blood draws. Just swab with alcohol before and after.

Fasted injection timing is worth building in. Doing it at night before sleep or early morning are both common approaches - absorption is more consistent when gut is clear. Berberine is worth trying alongside if you're seeing slower progress.
