Stopped GLP-1, weight's back... but I'm good!

Congrats on the win. That said, that kind of drop is pretty extreme and sometimes risky. Usually pulls muscle along with fat and tanks your metabolism hard. The slowdown at the end might be your body fighting back from going too hard too fast.
 
The mindset shift from 'I'll just use this temporarily' to 'this is how I manage a chronic condition' was the game-changer for me. Once I stopped treating it like a crutch and started treating it like blood pressure medication, the whole thing made more sense. Good for you for finding your balance.

Stopping because of severe GI side effects is reasonable - constipation and abdominal pain at that level isn't sustainable. Holding the weight through diet restriction afterward is a legitimate outcome even if it wasn't the original plan.
