Food doesn't run me anymore!

Yep. Sometimes I'll prep something and take a bite only to realize it's not what I'm craving after all. That hunger signal just shuts off completely.

Sometimes I toss stuff because I don't want any longer or nothing appeals to me anymore-straight in the trash. Never would have done that before.

For WADA-legal stuff: Creatine 5-10g with shakes, multivit every other day, Vitamin D, ZMA (helps sleep), fish oil. Pre-workout: Tadalafil 5mg (insane pump), cannabis, Salbutamol 4mg sometimes, Yohimbine for fasted cardio I never do, Six Star PWO, and Laffy Taffy for carbs.

Same here! Now I actually want salads, greens, fish, lean cuts, fresh produce. Fried stuff and booze are totally unappealing now. Cakes, pastries, carbs in general just don't do it for me anymore. Also drinking way more water constantly. Down 45 pounds total. Not everyone experiences this though. My buddy has had a totally different path on his.

Altitude affects hydration and metabolism in ways that can shift GLP-1 response - some people report stronger suppression and faster satiety at elevation, which is consistent with the metabolic and respiratory changes. 280 to 180 with prior surgery history is a significant recapture.

Getting to goal weight after bariatric surgery without the mental component holding is the harder version of this journey - the medication filling that gap makes the result stick in a way the surgery alone didn't.
