I'm thinking of starting to use measurements to track my progress. @ThinWin mentioned that in another thread. It's a good idea to have more than just photos to see how far you've come.
 
That's not indigestion for me - I dealt with reflux for years before getting on prescription medication that actually fixed it. These gas episodes come from deep down, not my stomach.
 
started 5mg this week. might be from creatine last week—it makes muscles hold water. forgot about that effect.
 
Started at 177 (I'm 5'1 so really short) down to 145 in 9 months, about 18% of my weight. Clothes fit like they did before my mid-40s. Only ever used 0.25mg Wegovy, tracked heavy, worked out. Want to ask my doc to hold the dose and just maintain around 145.
