Down 200+ pounds!

BMI under 30 is my next target! Started 5'2" 280 (BMI 50+). Now 18 months later 5'2" 180 (BMI 32.9)! Getting under 200 was amazing; not obese would be unreal.

Tesamorelin 2mg at night, 2-3 hours after eating. Studies showed 1mg was way less effective. I stack it with ipamorelin for synergy—that's how I do mine. Problem is it's expensive. Wondering if CJC without DAC plus ipamorelin would work the same way next time.

Maintaining is trial and error. You go down slow and see what sticks. It's not magic — you still gotta work it. Everyone reacts different. I lost about 15 kg and kept it off at 2.5 mg, took a break and anxiety hit so I went back up. Now doing 1.7 mg every 4 days and it's solid.

Almost have the six pack showing and my 32s are getting loose. Hit 200 pounds after starting at 270 eighteen months back. Nearly 51 now and things are clicking into place. Keep the work consistent and results follow.

been there! whole month on 5mg and only dropped a pound even with all the water, protein, and almost daily workouts. so frustrating. bumped to 7.5 and now things are moving again.

577 to 361 is not a number you throw around casually. That is 216 pounds and a completely different life. The pricing journey is a whole other thing - what you described going from $200/month to watching it get cheaper is exactly how this market has moved and it makes a real difference in who can sustain it long term.

577 to 361 is 216 lbs and the metabolic work is visible in every number. The sleeve story is the comparison most don't say out loud - surgery without the hunger-biology piece just relocates the problem. GLP-1 addresses what the sleeve didn't. 361 is the middle of this arc, not the end.
