Face gains! Before & After

I went through that early on and tried basically everything people suggested. Changed what I ate the day before and day of my shot. Some days I just had broth. Anything heavy made me burp like crazy. Did enzymes, probiotics, Tums, Gas-X, the works. After a few weeks it just stopped happening and hasn't come back.

Got mine out back in November, a couple days ahead of the holiday. The initial few days were painful but in a week I felt almost normal again. The surgery went smoothly, just the recovery position was the tough part-like the hunchback joke for real. About two weeks total to feel right again. It's been easy since then and now I joke that I'm finally free from the gallbladder crisis I used to get.

Ha, I'm mostly watching the scale and checking my pee. Not very scientific but it works for me. Appreciate you sharing all that detail. The transformation pics in here are wild.

Of my 5 peptides, Mots-c still scares me (got it in December, haven't tried). Just got used to GHK-cu finally playing nice. Gonna wait another month before baby dosing the C.

i was doing one dose weekly from 1 to 3mg. at 4 i split it friday 2mg and tuesday 2mg. just started this week so no data yet. but single friday dose made me binge hungry end of wed/thurs. maybe split helps.

everyone responds differently - some feel it at lower doses, others need to go up a few times. stick to the schedule to be kind to your gut and you'll feel it within a couple months. start working on lifestyle stuff now so you're ready when it kicks in.

75, type 2, started march 2025. 2.5 for 4 weeks, 5.0 for 8, then 7.5 since then. been holding weight since january. food noise came back though. doc says can stay on 7.5 forever or jump to 10 if i start gaining. barely any side effects and the shots don't even hurt.

we're essentially replacing what your body makes naturally with massive amounts of exogenous glp1. at 15mg tirzepatide that's like 100 to 1000 times what you'd normally have. doing that to someone on testosterone replacement would be wild.

Such a wild difference already. 15 pounds and my face doesn't ache like it used to. Didn't even realize it was swollen until the swelling went down.

245 down to now - the face change is one of the most disorienting parts of the transformation. Most people describe feeling like they don't quite recognize themselves in photos until the brain catches up. The before/after isn't just about weight, it's about seeing a different version of yourself.
