GLP-1: June '25 to Now

@SunnyJourney that's so true. Sometimes the scale just isn't the best indicator. Visual changes can tell a different story completely.
 
I've heard some peeps recommend things like intermittent fasting to help bust through plateaus? Anyone had luck with that?

Similar boat here. Started June last year at 113kg, sitting at 68kg now. Still can't believe how much this stuff works. The mental shift is just as big as the physical one.
 
Going from 111.3 to 67.3 over that timeline is a remarkable span - the rate usually slows naturally in the last phase but the body composition changes keep happening even when the scale barely moves.
