Started this thing around late spring of '25. Diagnosed T2D. Still just on the lowest dose, 2.5mg. The after pic is actually the 'now' pic. Still got a ways to go!

I had the same issue with semaglutide - didn't kick in for about two months. Keep pushing through the dose escalations. Also look at your telehealth costs - I was way overpaying until I found a cheaper provider that didn't sacrifice quality. Student budget struggles are real, there are affordable options. The appetite suppression shows it's working. Just needs time.

I'm 55, post-menopausal, been doing this almost a year and worked up to a pretty high dose. Lost exactly the 30 pounds I wanted to lose. No side effects unless I eat too much, then nausea hits the rest of the day. Really smooth ride for me. Cut my dose in half three weeks ago since I'm not trying to lose anymore, just maintain. At week 4 I'll lower it again and see how it goes. Hers has been solid on advice.

I started back in November on a similar med. I'm at 1mg now. Just had my checkup. My A1c was 8.9 before, now it's 6.2! Also I'm down about 14 pounds. Side effects have been pretty minor. My doctor actually lowered my dosage for metformin and some of my blood pressure meds. Insurance is covering everything, thankfully!

That's awesome news! Those are the kinds of results we're all hoping for!

bought 10mg vial, reconstituted with 1ml so 10 units = 1mg. take 5 units per dose, done 10 doses so that's 5mg but vial's already empty. asked ai and it said some gets trapped in needle or syringe. might've messed up the ml on day one too.

So happy you're noticing these shifts now and feeling confident about it. Would love shapewear suggestions too if you find any good ones. You did it.

No before pics needed! Just happy to see you beaming like that. We're rooting for you too. You're radiating health. Really hoping all the physical gains have kicked in for you as well.
