Halfway there! My 6-month SV

My experience is different - one injection per month sometimes feels weaker, but it lines up with my cycle when I'm naturally hungrier anyway. Once my cycle ends the same vial works fine again.

Filled half my insulin syringe with 2.5mg dose and the other half with bac water—totally killed the sting. First week was painful, not comfortable at all. Now smooth sailing. Running this for six weeks to see if I notice real changes.

Same here with diet soda - I was addicted for ages and we always had cases lying around. Since starting this, I haven't bought a single case in a month. It's wild how that craving just vanishes.

That dose jump is rough. Struggled 3 months at 1mg before I couldn't do it anymore. Small increases work way better — maybe bump by 0.1 or 0.2 at a time, especially with a compounded version.

Other brands cost less. Oura has a six-dollar monthly subscription for some features. YouTube has comparison videos of various options. Worth it to me personally but that's individual.

Started about the same time you did and just moved to 5mg myself last week. My issue is no stamina for working out yet, still building back there. Hoping it clicks soon.
