Enclo While Cutting? Thoughts?

Hey guys, I've been digging around and haven't found much on enclomiphene, so sorry if this has been covered a bunch.

Some background: I'm a 20 year old athlete. I was 5'10", 260 lbs last fall. I'm down to 225 now. My latest bloods showed my T at 350 ng/dL. It was around 750 last time, so I'm pretty surprised. I'm eating around 1800 calories a day with 220g protein, 140g carbs, and 45g fat.

I'm starting Reta next week, and I'm wondering if enclo could help keep my T up while I'm cutting and when I increase calories again after I hit 180. I'm working out 6 days a week, so I really don't want to lose strength during this. Any advice or recommendations would be awesome!

(Sorry if the formatting sucks, I'm on mobile.)

To add to my last post: Enclo can raise your E2 while also blocking estrogen from binding, which can mean both high E2 sides (water retention, mood swings, anxiety) and low E2 sides (hot flashes, low libido, and possibly lower IGF-1). Enclomiphene also raises SHBG a lot. So your free T might not jump as much as your total T. I've heard it can possibly cut your IGF-1 in half, which sucks for strength and anabolic benefits.

I'm not against enclo, but a lot of people find it's more trouble than it's worth. It's not like TRT (and I'm not saying you should do TRT). A lot of experiences I've read on Reddit and other forums show better T levels on paper, but not in real life. A lot of people end up stopping. If enclo was so great, more people would be using it long-term.

Hope this helps.

I have a vial of it that I've been meaning to try. The other poster is right, I've read a bunch of times that the numbers on paper don't equal feeling better. A lot of people online say injectable test is the way to go.

That said, some people seem to benefit from it. They seem to have one thing in common: low doses and not every day. Like 6mg twice a week or 12mg twice a week. The idea is to give your estrogen receptors a break and reduce high or low E2 issues.

Definitely research it yourself. Hope this helps.

I'm experimenting with it right now. About two weeks in.

I want to see if I can use it instead of HCG or enclo while on TRT to keep the boys working. Since it works higher up the chain, it might be safer and more natural (and cheaper). I started at 100 mcg and might go to 200 mcg. So far, I don't notice much after almost two weeks. I might end up needing to cycle HCG 2-3 times a year :-/

Something to keep in mind, @Charlie_49, is that the FDA decided not to allow Kisspeptin-10 manufacturing by compounding pharmacies. I'm not saying you can't get it, but it might be harder to find a reliable source soon.

Thanks for the info everyone! I'm leaning towards skipping the enclo for now based on what you all are saying. Might just stick with the Reta and see how it goes.

Has anyone had experience with sermorelin or ipamorelin? I'm trying to find alternatives to enclo. I heard sermorelin can cause sleep disturbances.

I tried sermorelin for six months, and I didn't gain much muscle or lose much fat, but I slept terribly. My doc switched me to ipamorelin, and it's been a few weeks. It's too early to tell, but it's costing me big bucks.

I've heard of a few places that sell peps. There's one online that seems legit. Always do research before you purchase anything though. I can't vouch for them, but it's where I get mine. Be aware of the disclaimers about some peptides.

just started Ozempic, 7 doses in. no diabetes, PCOS, bloodwork normal. goal's 150lbs. haven't changed diet much just portions, need to exercise more honestly. weight's bouncing—236, 238, 234, 231, 230 so far. thoughts?

yeah, same. gym 4-5 days lifting, greek yogurt mornings, high protein lunch and dinner, small snack. stayed same 2-3 lbs for 2 weeks, titrated up to 5mg last week. only cold and clothes don't fit lol. im 42, 195, 26% body fat, on TRT and HGH too.

Pinned two-hundred times on the right side with minimal ISRs. Left side always triggers ISRs. Keep avoiding it but occasionally try again. Same result every time.

day 3 on mounjaro and "protein first" is real. made a greek yogurt bowl with berries, chia, protein powder — 45g total — and actually stayed full. no night grazing. what's your go-to high-protein breakfast that doesn't cause nausea?
