Crushed it! BMI back in the healthy range!

Amazing work! I'm at a similar starting point, though just getting started (down about 20 lbs so far). What did your journey look like in terms of timeline and process?

You look wonderful. What dose are you using? I have 22kg until my BMI hits normal range but mine's still in my fridge because my anxiety is blocking me from starting it. Pretty frustrating.

Super impressive transformation. Even though I recognize you, it almost seems too drastic to be true. I'm roughly halfway to my goal from a similar starting point and it's making a huge difference in keeping up with the kids. Focused on building strength.

I saw someone on Reddit mention they started their GLP-1 journey in May '24, went from 236 to 161. Really inspiring!

Were there times when you felt like you'd hit a plateau and couldn't lose any more weight?
Plateaus are common. Don't get discouraged. Re-evaluate your diet, exercise, and sleep. Sometimes the body just needs a reset before it continues.

Congrats on losing so much weight so quickly! I'm about 9 weeks in and usually lose about 3 lbs per week, but I'm up a couple of pounds this week. It's kinda bumming me out. Is that normal?

Father-in-law harsh on heavier people, calls his daughter names. Now in healthy BMI range, he says I lost so much when seeing me exercise, asked my weight. Then said it's too low. Can't win.
