I'm a little worried. Today is the first day of my second week, and I feel hungry all the time, no matter how substantial my meals are.
It's not nausea. My body craves more food, but I don't have the mental desire to eat after a meal because I know I shouldn't be hungry.
Week one was constant fullness, which made sense. This doesn't make any sense.
Has anybody else had this happen?
