Too Many Injections?

That's a great question. Most people say their taste in food shifts permanently, but it does take months. Curious whether you'll find you still prefer smaller portions once you come off.
 
BD Ultra-Fine Nano is the standard for subcutaneous - 4mm needle, consistently comfortable. The regular Ultra-Fine is 6mm. If the older BD was not tolerable, the Nano is the one to try.

The pen vs pin question usually comes down to convenience once you're past the learning curve - pens are faster to carry, vials give more flexibility on dose and mixing. If your doc already signed off on combining, that's most of the complexity handled; the injection count question becomes mostly about what fits your schedule.
