100 lbs gone - 2024 to now!

Hey everyone! Started my health journey around May of 2024 at 260 pounds. As of January 2026, I'm at 160 pounds. This has been a gradual change but I'm really proud of myself. It took about 1 year and 8 months to lose 100 pounds! 🎉

I'm so happy to see your progress, @MyBro! It's inspiring. I'm a similar height and starting weight as you, so this gives me hope! I've lost about 20 pounds so far, and I'm hoping I look as good as you do in the end.

Thanks, you've got this! It's a journey, but every pound counts. Just stay consistent and celebrate those small wins!
 
Congrats on the weight loss! I'm starting to feel really good these days because I am getting more and more able to do stuff physically that I was never able to do before. The number on the scale doesn’t excite me anymore, but being able to feeling my endurance increase month to month makes me feel so proud of myself!
 
Moving up when plateaus hit helped me break through. Stayed too long on earlier doses and got stuck. More activity made a difference too; staying busy with projects beats sitting around. Work from home was rough - that's how I put on the weight initially.
