Ozempic: One year and feeling great!

Could you maybe post a pic wearing that dress? You looked amazing before, so I bet you'd look even more spectacular now! Big congrats!🎉

You look fantastic! I still think the first picture is cute, but I'm sure you're feeling much better! I'm trying to be patient during my own weight loss!

That is an incredible change in only one year, congratulations! 🎉 Did you include exercise in your routine?

Congrats!!!! If you don't mind me asking, did you experience any adverse reactions? And, did it mess with your menstrual cycle?
@ShapeCrew common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, and vomiting. Effects on menstruation can vary greatly; some report changes while others don't.

Used Ozempic initially - worked okay but the sulfur burps, nausea, and vomiting took weeks to settle. Switched to Mounjaro and no side issues, feeling fantastic, dropped 15 in the opening month. I started below 300, lost 30, then made the change. Moving is easier now, got more stamina, and my joint pain stopped flaring. Semaglutide gives about 16 percent loss first year while tirzepatide does 16-21 percent.

after rough nausea on 0.8 ozempic for 12 months, switching to tirz felt like night and day. got up to 15mg and barely any nausea, just weird skin feeling once or twice. small frequent doses helped but i'm not saying everyone should do that - side effects are really personal.
