I've seen a significant change in my weight already. Pants are getting baggy and I can walk further without heavy breathing. Feeling great about how I look and feel, and it's only been about 3 months. LOL!

Started on Zepbound (Tirzepatide), but my insurance quit paying, so my doctor switched me to Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) since I have type 2 diabetes. So far, so good. Minor side effects mostly.

The initial physical improvements are incredible. More movement, longer distances, faster pace - it's fantastic.

I hear you about the physical changes! I started Ozempic a while back and I can move so much easier now. I've dropped maybe 40 pounds. It's not all roses though; I'm trying to make sure I get enough protein. It can be hard when you're not eating as much.

I agree

It's really important to keep the protein up. I aim for at least 80g a day. It helps with muscle mass and keeps you feeling full longer.

For anyone experiencing weight regain or plateaus while on GLP-1s, it might be worth consulting an endocrinologist. There could be other factors at play, such as thyroid issues or hormonal imbalances, especially if you have PCOS.

My doc suggested Zantac for heartburn and it's a game changer. Available everywhere pharmacies grocery stores online. One pill lasts twelve hours so take it twice daily. Literally life changing for me.

That puts you around 19mg a week. Check the dose plotter tool to see the week-by-week breakdown. If that doesn't feel right and you want more loss, ask about stacking an older weight med with your Mounjaro.
