Two weeks on it and already no excitement around eating anything. Need nearly 70-100 gram protein daily but zero appetite. Shakes yogurt cottage cheese bars. Down five in two weeks awesome but appetite scares me more. Tons of water per directions but peeing constantly. Anyone hitting this same wall?
Tummy being last is the most common complaint here. Visceral fat stores last and leaves last. Protein and resistance work shift the composition over time but there's no shortcut to the order.
