Energy drink fiends on Ozempic?

get more 'pill fatigue' than needle fatigue honestly. had surgery in 2021 that rerouted my intestines and left me with permanent malabsorption. vitamins and supplements every day just to stay healthy. don't really want to add more pills to the mix. might work great for maintenance for others though.

Water and tea swap is genuinely better for you. Sodas cause that overfull sensation for a lot of people once they start the meds.

Exhausted at first and with every bump up. Didn't matter how clean I ate. Finally leveled out after 3 months. Stick with it if you can—worth the rough patch.

can't claim hashimoto's is cured without lab work. some people barely feel symptoms. most of the pain from hashimoto comes from inflammation - you accidentally knocked that out by losing weight now.

Props on the progress. Stem cells fascinate me—yours or donor? Almost went down to Mexico for WLS and plastics but a doc asked who you follow up with if something goes wrong. Stayed stateside and now I'm broke. BPC and TB worked decent for my shoulder—pain and range got better but never really healed it.

The GLP-1 cross-reward suppression effect on energy drink dependency is documented anecdotally but less studied than the alcohol cross-suppression. The caffeine addiction component is separate from the GLP-1 mechanism, but the compulsive wanting pattern associated with energy drinks tends to follow the same reward circuitry the medication dampens. Powerlifting context matters for protein targets - 0.8-1g per lb of target body weight minimum to protect lean mass through the deficit, more if you're pushing intensity at a meaningful level.
