Insulin Cream? No More Injections?

New research suggests a potential diabetes treatment involving insulin delivered via a topical cream. Could this mean the end of needles for many?

I also like the idea of patches, like @YukiWay suggested. My concern with topical absorption is consistency. I've seen on forums for hormone replacement that results vary. Hopefully doctors will adjust dosages as needed.

It's concerning how many people disregard basic sterile procedures, even in the peptide scene. Someone was prepping injectables on a dirty kitchen counter, cat hair everywhere...unbelievable.

Glycine might be beneficial for people watching their blood sugar. It doesn't raise glucose levels and I've read some studies about it's impact on insulin. I even use it as a sweetener sometimes.

You don't need a prescription. Plenty of online supplement stores carry glycine powder. I'd recommend doing some research to decide if it's right for you, but the studies I've seen (another forum) are promising.

Hating old pictures but loving the comparison is the best part. The shift is huge, from self conscious about clothes to genuinely proud. Zero regrets on the meds, confidence matters.

Quit sugar high carbs, rich foods satiate more than sweets. Air fried chicken skin pieces occasional treat, satiety beats dopamine rush. Coconut cream yogurt tablespoon collagen powder satiating carby snack.

Medical field has rules about reusing insulin pens, mainly disease transmission. Sharing needles isn't enough. But those rules don't automatically ruin the medicine itself.

researched peptides for pain—BPC-157, TB-500, KPV all help but not sure which to try first. got chronic pain, disc bulges and small tears in C-spine, testing for something else, hit by a vehicle in January. if I didn't have bad luck I'd have none at all.

Insulin resistance is huge. A lot of people don't realize how much it shapes the whole response to these meds. The appetite side is just part of the picture.
