I'm on the highest dose now, but it took a while to get there. Slow and steady wins the race!
 
Been on 7.5 mg every three days since late November. My loss has started to slow down with only like 1.8 the last bit, trying to eat a bit more calories. Total from June 16 is 72 down.
 
Joint aches as the weight drops is the connective tissue adjusting to load patterns that shifted faster than tendons adapt. Glucosamine and fish oil are the right starting point; most find it levels within a few months.
 
Your driver's license shows weight? Mine displays height and eye color only. My picture hasn't switched since 2003 - imagine updating weight constantly. I'd forever be listed as 125 haha.
 
120 lbs since June with enough mobility for an amusement park is a compound result - the functional gains tend to land differently than the scale number. Loose skin at that pace of loss is the physical marker of how significant the change is, and the TSA moment is a story worth keeping. Still going from that foundation changes what the eventual goal weight feels like.
