Inflammation and joint pain help?

Have you trid BPC-157 and Tb-500 yet? Start slow; try pills with collagen first before you try injectables? BPC-157 + TB-500 are often the best for regenerative outcomes. You can also use glucosamine/chondroitin, MSM, a diet for inflammation, light workouts, and weight control? You can also try GHK-Cu for collagen and less inflammation, it's sometimes used for skin/joints. Also, GLP-1 Agonists might help you lose weight?

My husband has severe joint problems from years of military service and gets gout attacks frequently. Every week or so, his knees used to swell up, and he couldn't walk for a couple of days. I put him on the Wolverine stack, and it worked. He hasn't had a painful inflammation flare-up in weeks. I have enough BPC and TB stocked up. I also got some KPV for backup. I haven't tried the KPV yet because the stack is doing a fantastic job. He didn't think it would work when I started doing my research, but now he believes in it.

Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium can be found through doctors who are Functional Medicine or Longevity focused. You can ask them to order it from a Compound Pharmacy. It's in stage IlI clinical trials now in Australia and US. I can't take Nsaids, so it's worth it for me. If you have bad OA, like me, then you might want to stay on it vs. the once-a-year dosing schedule. Research it on your own first, but DM me if you want. I don't want to promote my doctor here, but I'll tell you if you ask.

Hey, has anyone looked into Semax? I've been doing injectable semax off/on for a short time now. About 325mcg. I think semax is really amazing for mental well-being. It is hard to describe, but think of it as adderall without the massive euphoria or side effects, but with a bigger mood boost.

Also, the amount has to be fairly small, bigger doses don't mean better results, but may cause increased anxiety. 250-350mcg seems about right for me. Taking it in the AM is best, since it kicks in during the day.

I've also been trying a sermorelin and GHRP-2 blend. Anyone else? I got a 10 mg blend (sermorelin 5mg and GHRP-2, 5mg). I mixed it with 10 ml of bacteriostatic water. I did the same amount daily.

That’s a sweet peptide calculator! Thanks for sharing!

This is my third year on it. Just finished my first quarter on the 10mg dose. A1C was 6.5. Weight loss has been slow—best results were actually on the 7.5 dose.

Blends definitely save money if you've got your mix dialed in already. Since you're stable on 1mg of each, that blend approach works - fewer vials to manage and less waste. Just make sure whoever's making it is consistent with their ratios or you'll get surprises between batches.

Joint pain reduction is one of the underreported effects. The small joint improvement tends to show up faster than the larger load-bearing ones.

The joint pain improvement on GLP-1s has a clear mechanism - visceral fat reduction lowers systemic inflammatory load, and direct anti-inflammatory GLP-1 signaling adds to that. Gout benefits from both the weight component and the anti-inflammatory pathway. Cherry extract and omega-3s are the most commonly cited dietary additions.

The visceral fat drop cuts inflammatory signaling directly - gout in particular responds within a few months of consistent loss.

The inflammation mechanism is the thing that doesn't get enough airtime - joint and autoimmune improvement on these meds is real and consistent, not a coincidence. The PBM coverage catch penalizes you for it working.
