If you are reacting strongly to the lowest dose, stick with it! No need to rush the titration. The slow build ensures you tolerate it well.

My go to now are small tuna portions about one ten to one fifty calories with seventeen grams protein. Quick and nutritious. Sardines work great too.

I look so different from my old passport photo now. Haven't traveled internationally yet but I'm worried they'll flag me. Bet we'll see way more passport problems as everyone gets on these meds lol.

Wearing off at 1mg suggests either the dose isn't enough for where you are or there's absorption variation. Tracking which day the effect drops off relative to injection is useful data for your prescriber.

The Phentermine comparison is useful because the contrast is so stark - tolerance builds fast and the mechanism is different enough that the experience of wearing off is much more pronounced. Ozempic wearing off faster than expected is usually about where you are in the saturation curve, not a tolerance issue.
