I can reach my feet again! 😃

I had a dream when my husband was in the hospital that we hugged, and my tummy didn't get in the way! Now it happens every day. I'm 82, he's 84, and he loves my new shape as much as I do. Great job on those toenails!

I totally get that @Salad_Beer! It's like rediscovering intimacy all over again. My partner has definitely noticed the difference, and it's improved our relationship in ways I didn't expect.

I agree, @no-more-snacks. The mental shift is huge. I saw someone online saying that it took them a year on semaglutide to drop 77lbs, but the real change was their life. That resonates so much!

Yeah, I'm down about 65lbs, and it's unreal. I'm working out 3x a week now too. Anyone else find their energy levels just exploded?

I think the "magic" is that it turns down the food noise. I've heard some people are expecting a miracle, where they get a hot body without a lick of effort. It's a tool, but you still gotta put in the work.

Walking and kicking the inside of my ankle with the other foot. Legs are thinner now so they're closer together. Being more mindful of my feet. Guess that's a win haha.

The forum interface can be tricky when you're starting out. Once you figure out posting it gets easier. What have you been wanting to share?

The walking gait adjustment as legs slim down is one of those changes nobody warns you about - the body mechanics that felt automatic for years stop making sense, and relearning something as basic as stride spacing is genuinely disorienting for a few weeks.
