GLP-1: June '25 to Now

I've heard some peeps recommend things like intermittent fasting to help bust through plateaus? Anyone had luck with that?

I have been trying to add more movement to my daily schedule by going on walks. Hopefully that will help.
 
Going from 111.3 to 67.3 over that timeline is a remarkable span - the rate usually slows naturally in the last phase but the body composition changes keep happening even when the scale barely moves.
